  • How can I get a quotation for the DMX light bar?
    Please feel free to contact us and confirm the voltage, dimension, color, control mode requests, etc. Then we will guide you to finish the project. It will be better if you can provide an image to show the project details, so we will provide the specific quotation ASAP.
  • What's the MOQ for the RGB LED bar?
    There is no MOQ limitation. We support sample orders to check the quality first. And we will provide the whole set of devices according to your project, a small project is okay.
  • What is the turnaround time of my order?

    A normal LED lights order takes 7-10 business days to complete, excluding transit time, which can take anywhere from 7 to 15 days, depending on your location. Custom and bulk orders may take a few days longer.

  • Can I get a sample at first?

    Yes, we support samples for you to check the quality before a large order. Usually, the sample needs 5 -7 days after receiving your payment.
